change takes time
Whenever I get frustrated with the progress that I'm making in life or something else, I need to remind myself that improvement and change takes both time and patience. Rome was not built in a day, and neither am I. It takes time to become the person who you want to be, so don't get impatient when you're not seeing results from day-to-day, you have to trust the process. You got this.
